Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Construction Handbook does not collect personal information or device data from users.

The application does not require an account, registration, login, name, email address, phone number, location, or other personal information to use its core features.

2. Local App Data

Information created while using Construction Handbook, including project information, checklist records, attached images, preferences, language settings, theme settings, and other app state, is stored locally on the user's device.

This information is not automatically uploaded, synchronized, or transmitted to Architects of the New Worlds or to a developer-controlled server.

3. Analytics, Advertising and Tracking

Construction Handbook does not use:

• advertising SDKs;
• analytics services;
• crash-reporting services;
• tracking technologies;
• advertising identifiers;
• telemetry systems; or
• developer-controlled remote user profiling.

The application does not display third-party advertising.

4. Sharing and Exporting

Construction Handbook may allow users to export or share files using the device's operating-system sharing features.

Sharing occurs only when the user explicitly chooses to initiate a share or export action and selects a destination.

Construction Handbook does not automatically send those files to Architects of the New Worlds.

If a user chooses to share information with an external application or service, that service's own privacy practices apply.

5. External Links

Some content may contain links that open an external website or resource in the user's browser.

Construction Handbook does not append personal information or tracking identifiers to those links. External websites and services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Architects of the New Worlds does not maintain a remote database containing Construction Handbook user data.

Locally stored app data remains on the user's device until it is removed by the user, the application's storage is cleared, or the application is uninstalled, depending on the relevant feature.

Because this information is not stored on our servers, we cannot remotely access or delete locally stored user data.

7. Security

Construction Handbook is designed so that its primary content and user-created project information remain on the user's device.

Users remain responsible for the security of their own device and for any files they intentionally export or share with other applications or services.

8. Children's Privacy

Construction Handbook is an architecture, engineering and construction reference and productivity application intended for students, professionals and site teams. It is not designed as a children's application.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the application.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if Construction Handbook's functionality or data practices change.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
