Construction Handbook provides construction reference material, learning content and project tools. It does not replace qualified professional advice, approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements or project-specific engineering review. You remain responsible for checking information and calculations against your project's conditions.

The Windows installer is freely downloadable. Free features do not require an account, payment or login. Pro features require valid Construction Handbook Pro access. Keep your credentials private and use the same AONW Account to restore supported account-based Pro access. Android subscriptions remain billed through Google Play; linking an existing Android purchase to AONW Account is a future update and is not promised as currently available.

Our web/Windows order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle handles order/payment customer-service enquiries and returns. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern its sale/payment service; the applicable Paddle seller is identified at checkout and on the receipt. Payment, cancellation, withdrawal and refund support: https://paddle.net. Architects of the New Worlds supplies the application and provides technical, account and access support at [email protected]. This division does not remove either party's legal responsibilities. Google Play purchases follow Google's applicable transaction terms and management/refund process.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. The localized price, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval and trial-to-paid charge are shown before confirmation. Reference prices: United States USD 5.99 monthly / USD 49.99 yearly; Türkiye TRY 149.99 monthly / TRY 1,249.99 yearly. Exact supported-market prices are displayed by checkout; do not assume identical tax treatment in every market.

Where offered to an eligible account, the free trial lasts seven days and requires payment details. Unless canceled before it ends, it converts to the selected paid recurring plan at the disclosed price. Trial eligibility is limited; an existing or previously used subscription does not entitle an account to repeated trials.

Use the Paddle customer portal linked from your receipt or supported account management action to cancel. Scheduled cancellation preserves Pro until the applicable access end date and stops subsequent renewals. Cancellation alone does not promise a refund. Paused, expired or canceled access and failed payment recovery may make Pro unavailable; Free features remain usable. Restored verified payment/access restores Pro. Refunds and chargebacks may revoke the affected paid access.

Offline Pro access uses a signed, renewable lease valid for at most 24 hours and no later than the verified subscription/trial access expiry. A connected app applies verified loss of access when it refreshes account state. A disconnected app may retain already-issued access only until that lease expires: cancellation, refund or pause is not instant offline revocation. Signing out clears the local session and lease. Missing, corrupt, altered, invalid or expired leases do not grant Pro. Free content remains usable offline. Permanent internal Owner entitlement is payment-independent; its local offline lease is still time-bounded.

Do not redistribute protected content, share access credentials, circumvent access controls or misuse the service. Keep independent backups of local projects and exports. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
