Refund and Cancellation Policy

For web/Windows purchases, Paddle handles payment, cancellation and refund requests under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Request help through https://paddle.net or your receipt's management/support link. Contact [email protected] for product defects or access problems.

Cancel before the trial ends to avoid its first subscription charge. Otherwise, cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues to the effective end date. Cancellation does not automatically refund an already completed payment.

Mandatory consumer rights

Mandatory withdrawal and remedies for faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming digital products are separate from discretionary refunds and take priority. Türkiye generally provides 14-day withdrawal protection for distance contracts, subject to lawful exceptions for certain immediately supplied digital content/services and services begun with consent. Paddle's current Turkey policy provides 14-day withdrawal protection for qualifying digital contracts. Applicable law, the contract and required pre-contract information determine eligibility. We do not impose a blanket digital-product exclusion or treat downloading the Free installer as a waiver of rights relating to a paid subscription.

EU consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from qualifying distance contracts. Digital-content exceptions require legally necessary prior express consent, acknowledgement of loss of the right and confirmation; accepting these terms alone is not such a waiver. Paddle's current policy addresses first subscription payments and a further withdrawal period after a free trial. Other countries may provide different or greater protections. Eligible rights can be exercised through Paddle support or its customer portal and are not subject to our discretion. Defect remedies and any stronger mandatory protections remain unaffected.

Discretionary requests and access

Separately, Paddle may consider discretionary refund requests made within 14 days of a transaction; approval is not guaranteed. This window does not shorten a statutory claim or defect remedy. Paddle handles refunds under its applicable policy and mandatory deadlines. An approved refund, effective cancellation, expiry or payment reversal can end the associated paid access. A disconnected app can retain access only until its existing bounded signed lease expires. Free features and public Windows download remain available. Google Play purchases must use Google's applicable refund/cancellation process.
